His Holiness Dagchen Rinpoche has had for many years the great vision to build a  Monastery of the Sutrayana tradition in India, the birthplace of Buddhism. The global concept of this Monastery will be the model for future Dharma Centers worldwide where Lord Buddha’s precious teachings will be preserved and spread from this holy setting. It will be an International Center for future Lamas, monks, nuns, and practitioners to be formally educated & trained then travel throughout the world spreading the word of the Buddha Dharma.
