The Sakya 18 Treatises of Great Renown

 

The main subjects covered in the study program will be the Eighteen Treatises of Great Renown of the Glorious Sakya Tradition as shown in Table 3. These treatises are important teachings from Indian and Tibetan scholars. The teachings include subjects in Prajnaparamita (Wisdom), Vinaya (Moral Behavior), Madyamika (Middle View), Abidharma (Treatises), and Pramana (Logic and epistemology)3.
